Stop The War!
On the 24th of February 2022 Russian armed forces invaded Ukraine and started war against a sovereign country. The attack came from both Russia and Belarus. Thousands of Ukrainian and Russian soldiers and hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including women and children, have already been killed.
If you protest against the war, you may get arrested for up to 15 years. Even if you just say that attacking another country with weapons is a war, you may be prosecuted the same way.
But if you close your eyes and stay quiet, you will be an accomplice to the mass murderer who claims to be your president.
What do you choose?

Russia set to take chair of UN security council amid Ukraine war
Russia is set to take the chair position of a United Nations Security Council meeting in April as it continues to wage its year-long war on neighboring Ukraine, drawing criticism from Ukrainian leaders. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called foreign minister Sergei Lavrov’s confirmation to the top Security Council slot “a bad joke” as the International Criminal Court has a warrant out for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin for alleged war crimes. The 15 member states of the U.N. Security Council take turns in the presidency position every month, with only five seats on the council being permanent. Ukraine”s ambassador to the U., U.S., the US., France, China and Russia, have both criticized Russia for usurping their seats and for not acting professionally during its time with the presidency. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the administration expects Russia to continue to use its seat on the Council to spread disinformation and urged the country to conduct itself professionally. Russia held the rotating presidency last February, the month of its invasion, and with it, the power to individually veto any resolution that passes through the international body. » Read More

Documents detail Russian cyber warfare
The Washington Post and other news outlets have obtained confidential documents that detail Russian cyber warfare. The documents reveal that Moscow used a Russian-based defense contractor to help with its cyber operations in Ukraine, and that Russian intelligence agencies partnered with the firm NTC Vulkan so it could assist them with launching cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns on social media. The European Union must be prepared to develop measures to protect trade and investment that China might exploit for its own security and military purposes, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen warned on Thursday. McCarthy: Biden’s Griner swap emboldened Putin to snatch WSJ reporter
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has called on Russia to release a Wall Street Journal reporter detained on espionage charges, and suggested the Biden administration's prisoner swap to rescue WNBA star Brittney Griner may have encouraged Moscow tyrant Vladimir Putin. McCarthy said the detention of Evan Gershkovich, a US citizen whose parents emigrated from the Soviet Union, showed how deadly Putin was when paying ransom. McCarthy Breaks With Trump On Whether Vladimir Putin Is A Dictator
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and Donald Trump have publicly disagreed on whether Russian leader Vladimir Putin is a dictator. McCarthy responded to Trump's comments on the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, saying that Putin was “basically a gas station with a bunch of nuclear weapons.” Trump argued that mocking Russia’s nukes, or implying Putin should be punished for alleged war crimes after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for him, only raises the chances of nuclear conflict. Russia says notifications of ballistic missile launches will continue
The Russian Foreign Ministry has clarified that Moscow will continue to notify Washington of any ballistic missile launches, despite President Vladimir Putin suspending the New START nuclear nonproliferation agreement. The ministry said that Russia would voluntarily adhere to some core components of New START, including its limits on the total number of certain types of nuclear weapons. In February, Putin announced that he was “suspending” participation in the treaty, which is the last remaining arms control agreement between the United States and Russia. On Thursday, Ryabkov issued yet another clarification saying that while Moscow had suspended “every kind of information exchange, as well as other elements of verification activity deriving from the New Start Treaty within the treaty’s framework,” notifications of ballistic missile Launches will continue. Hackers Claim to Dox Russian 'War Criminal,' Convince His Wife to Do 'Patriotic Photoshoot'
A group of hackers has claimed to have broken into the email accounts of a Russian colonel, revealing personal information and military secrets. The group, Cyber Resistance, is said to have connections to the Ukrainian government and tricked the colonel's wife into staging a “patriotic photoshoot” with 12 Russian officer’s wives, which helped identify the soldiers. The information contained the colonel’'s personal information, including pictures of government documents, his phone number, the location of his home, and his COVID-19 vaccination status. Ukrainian officials have started issuing statements based on some of the leaked data, and the International Criminal Court has told Motherboard it is investigating. The hackers said they were able to enter the colonel. They also posted a video showing them scrolling through his email inbox, which is shown to contain an email from his wife. Petro Andryushchenko, an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, accused Atroshchenko of ordering the attack on the theater in the city after reading the information in the hack. Putin replenishes dwindling troop reserves in 'second mobilisation'

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev vetoed the transfer of 100 decommissioned armored vehicles from Sofia to Ukraine on Monday just weeks after Bulgaria's parliament approved the agreement. According to Bulgarian broadcaster NOVA, Radev sent the agreement back to parliament for a new discussion, stating that the representatives who signed off on the deal were not "familiar" enough with the issue. The Bulgarian National Assembly ratified the agreement between its country's Interior Ministry and Ukraine's Ministry of Defense on November 22, and Sofia officials said that the transport vehicles were no longer...

Miscalculations, divisions marked offensive planning by U.S., Ukraine
On June 15, in a conference room at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, flanked by top U.S. commanders, sat around a table with his Ukrainian counterpart, who was joined by aides from Kyiv. The room was heavy with an air of frustration. Austin, in his deliberate baritone, asked Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov about Ukraine’s decision-making in the opening days of its long-awaited counteroffensive, pressing him on why his forces weren’t using Western-supplied mine-clearing equipment to enable a larger, mechanized assault, or using smoke to conceal their...

Ukraine War Slips Toward Violent Stalemate
Ukraine’s 47th Mechanized Brigade was equipped with Western armored vehicles and trained for a lightning summer counteroffensive that was supposed to tip the war firmly in Kyiv’s favor. These days, after advancing only a few miles over several months in the south, the brigade is fighting to fend off a Russian attack on a small industrial city in eastern Ukraine. “It’s tough. Their advantage is in the quantity of people,” said one soldier in the brigade. “They are coming nonstop.” The brigade’s shift from offense to defense reflects a move...
