A private school used FileMaker for schedules and academic records, Daylight CRM for communication and contact management, MoneyWorks for accounting, and FreshBooks for invoicing. The challenge was to integrate these systems to streamline processes and eliminate manual data entry.
We designed and implemented a central FileMaker database to unify all student-related data. The integration with Daylight CRM enables automatic synchronization of email communication and contacts, ensuring that all interactions with students are visible in FileMaker.
MoneyWorks integration provides real-time visibility into student payments—paid and outstanding fees are automatically processed in FileMaker to generate invoices. These invoices are then created via API directly in FreshBooks, while their content is managed within FileMaker.
This seamless integration has allowed the school to keep all student data in one place, reducing errors from manual data entry and improving administrative efficiency.
