Conducting inventory was time-consuming and error-prone, especially in large warehouses with thousands of items. Traditional barcode systems, which required manual scanning, proved to be inefficient and slow. Moreover, workers had to physically locate and identify each item, further slowing down the process and increasing the risk of errors.
We implemented a solution that significantly simplified and sped up the inventory process. RFID tags were placed on every item in the warehouse, allowing scanners to quickly scan entire rooms or sections of the warehouse. This made it possible to track the movement of goods in the warehouse, count the current number of items, and alert to missing goods. The time required for inventory was greatly reduced because the system automatically identified items without the need for manual scanning.
