A key component is the digital "Life Card," inspired by medical records. Each device has its own card containing manufacturer details, serial numbers, maintenance history, and repairs. Service technicians now use the Dartis mobile app on iPads, replacing paper forms. The app enables them to fill out work reports on-site, even in offline mode, which is crucial in hospitals with limited connectivity.
